Types of Penis Enlargement Surgery

Types of Penis Enlargement Surgery

Implantation

Implantation is an advanced surgical method that uses inflatable (IPP) or flexible (MPP) prosthetic systems. Modern implants are 18-22 cm long and have a diameter of 9.5-13.5 mm. The procedure takes 120-180 minutes. The risk of infection is minimized by a comprehensive antibiotic protocol. The success rate in experienced centers is 97.5%, and possible mechanical problems can be resolved by a revision surgery.

2 Fat Injection (Lipofilling)

Fat injection is a natural method that increases the girth of the penis using the patient’s own fat tissue. Fat tissue from the abdomen or thigh area is processed and injected around the penis. This technique leads to a 20-30% (average 1.8 cm) increase in penile circumference. Successful results require special bandages and temporary sexual activity restrictions.

Hyaluronic Acid Fillers

Hyaluronic acid fillers are a quick and minimally invasive option. With the help of CE- and FDA-approved special fillers, a 15-25% increase in penile diameter can be achieved in a 35-45 minute procedure. In undesirable cases, it can be completely reversed within 48 hours. The low complication rate (0.8%) and short recovery time are the advantages of this method.

Suspensory Ligament Release (Ligamentolysis)

Ligamentolysis is a delicate surgical technique that optimizes the natural length of the penis. This microsurgical procedure takes an average of 55 minutes and provides a gain of 2.2-3.8 cm in penile length. The key to success is the use of a traction device for 10-12 hours per day over 6 months. With proper patient selection and adherence to the treatment protocol, a patient satisfaction rate of 87.5% can be achieved.
