Implantation
Implantation is an advanced surgical method that uses inflatable (IPP) or flexible (MPP) prosthetic systems. Modern implants are 18-22 cm long and 9.5-13.5 mm in diameter, and are placed in a 120-180 minute operation. The risk of infection is minimised with a comprehensive antibiotic protocol. The success rate in experienced centres is 97.5%, and any possible mechanical problems can be corrected with revision surgery.
Fat Injection (Lipofilling)
Fat injection is a natural method that increases the thickness of the penis using the patient’s own fat tissue. Fat tissue taken from the abdomen or thigh area is processed and injected around the penis. This technique provides a 20-30% (average 1.8 cm) increase in penile circumference. Successful results require the use of special bandages and temporary sexual activity restrictions.
Hyaluronic Acid Fillers
Hyaluronic acid fillers are a fast and minimally invasive option. Using CE and FDA approved special fillers, a 35-45 minute procedure can provide a 15-25% increase in penile diameter. In undesirable cases, it can be completely reversed within 48 hours. The low complication rate (0.8%) and short recovery time are the advantages of this method.
Suspensory Band Release (Ligamentolysis)
Ligamentolysis is a delicate surgical technique that optimises the natural length of the penis. This microsurigical procedure takes an average of 55 minutes and provides a 2.2-3.8 cm gain in penis length. The key to success is using a traction device for 10-12 hours per day for 6 months. With proper patient selection and adherence to the treatment protocol, an 87.5% patient satisfaction rate can be achieved.
