Balanced Nutrition
Post-operative nutrition is planned in three stages. In the first 72 hours, clear soups, protein drinks and probiotic yoghurt should be consumed. Between days 4-7, protein-rich soft foods should be preferred at each meal: boiled eggs, cottage cheese or grilled chicken breast. Meals should be planned at regular intervals and the food should be consumed lukewarm.

Adequate Fluid Intake
Adequate fluid intake according to body weight is essential during the healing process. In addition to regular water consumption, fresh fruit juices rich in vitamin C and green tea can also be preferred. Caffeine and alcohol should be avoided for the first 14 days, and all beverages should be consumed lukewarm.

Procedure-Specific Nutrition Rules
Special nutrition rules are applied for each aesthetic procedure. After rhinoplasty, chewing movements should be minimised and puree-consistency foods should be preferred. Ready-to-eat meals are recommended for breast surgeries. After liposuction, fat intake should be restricted, and slow and careful chewing is important for face lift surgeries.

Vitamin and Mineral Supplements
Supplements of vitamin C, zinc, vitamin A and vitamin E are recommended to support the healing process. Dark green leafy vegetables or supplements can be used for iron support. Omega-3 and probiotics accelerate healing. Multivitamin use should start on the 3rd day after the surgery and continue for 6-8 weeks.
