- First Week Nutrition Plan: First day liquid foods (bone broth, water), second day soft foods (soup, yoghurt), days 3-7 protein-rich diet (vegetables, white meat).
- Daily Protein Target: Breakfast with eggs and cheese, lunch and dinner with meat/fish for a daily intake of 90-100g protein. Snacks of nuts and yoghurt.
- Vitamin and Mineral Programme: Morning vitamins A and C (carrots, citrus fruits), noon iron (green vegetables), evening vitamin D (fish). Doctor-recommended multivitamin use.
- Fluid Intake: Daily 2-2.5 litres of water, consumed at regular intervals. Limit of 2 cups of coffee per day. Suggestion of fennel tea in the evening.
- Boosting Immunity: Daily probiotics (yoghurt/kefir), 3 times a week fish, different coloured vegetables and seasonal fruits at every meal.
- Healthy Alternatives: Whole grain bread (max. 2 slices/day), fresh fruit juice, lean meat, homemade soups. Prefer baking/steaming over frying.
